What’s the SunTrust Cash Manager?
We recently let you know about the SunTrust bonus of up to $400 when you open an eligible business checking account through March 30th, 2017. Once you’ve opened this (or any) SunTrust account, you can then access the web-based services, which includes the Online Cash Manager.
With this handy tool, you can pay your bills online, view your accounts, set up alerts and help to protect yourself against fraud. Here’s more about the SunTrust Online Cash Manager to help you manage your finances better.
How do I use the SunTrust Cash Manager?
When you log in to your account and access the Online Cash Manager, click on the Accounts tab and you can see up-to-the-minute account information. You can view balances and transactions, view and download your statements and easily search through your transactions.
If you click on the Activity tab, you can then see all pending and posted actions for that particular account and you can customize your account view to display up to 18 months of history. Downloading files to your desktop or to a financial software package like QuickBooks is easy and quick to do.
With Bill Pay, you can pay a bill, schedule payments, enroll to receive e-bills and view any bill reminders.
Online Cash Manager also has a payroll feature for you to use, no matter how many employees you have. With just three mouse clicks you can enter and submit payroll!
You can help maintain account security when adding more users, by assigning them unique permissions to access only specific information. Plus with Fraud Inspector you can view your paid items from previous days and flag up possible fraud.
