Cyber Monday deals from United and Orbitz, Bali airport closed, Radisson pushing for dominance in India, great fares from Zurich and Washington D.C.

Orbitz has a 22% OFF code CYBERSAVE22 for any stays between November 27, 2017 and June 30, 2018 bookable until 9 PM Central Time today.

This is better than their usual 15% off and leaves them with no margin (after credit card fees).

– United’s Cyber Monday deal is a lower miles requirement for mileage redemptions to Hawaii, staring at 36,000 miles

Still not a great deal as other Star Alliance programs are cheaper, but if you had an Economy redemption in mind it is worth considering.

– due to the volcanic ash from Mount Agung Bali Airport remains closed, depending on the eruption intensity and winds this may take some time

– Radisson is pushing hard to open many hotels in second tier cities in India – Radisson is a major brand in India for decades to come

– Skyteam member Air Europe has interesting Round Trip fares from Zurich to Madrid that we wanted to highlight at $59

– Air China offers the long haul Round Trip from Washington DC to Shanghai for $517 – amazing prices!
