Last week we saw U.S. President Biden signing an order banning most travel from India to the U.S. starting May 4, 2021. For now, this travel ban is indefinite, and it will not apply to U.S. citizens or permanent residents. Now, the U.S. State Department issued another level 4 warning for travel to Papua New Guinea. According to the announcement by the State Department passengers should not travel to Papua New Guinea due to COVID-19, crime, civil unrest, health concerns, natural disasters, and kidnapping. Good news! The Italian government announced plans to reopen for international passengers for the summer season! Italy will soon be issuing a green pass making it easier for passengers all over the world to visit and explore the country. You can read more here!
After months of lockdowns and restrictions, the U.K. government finally divided the countries into three categories –green, amber, and red, to which people can travel to and from starting 17 May 2021. Passengers coming from the countries marked as green can enter the U.K. without the need for mandatory quarantine. You can read more here!
