I found Malaysia Airlines to be decent - the Kuala Lumpur Golden Lounge and the all lie-flat seats plus the miles earned where a clear winner for the price paid. The flight attendants were stellar too. I had trouble with the catering but loved the wines on-board.All in all I'd love to do that again anytime.
