– S7 Priority is the latest program to offer a status match for topbonus account holders

The status match comes with a twist as that you can re-credit any S7 flights that were previously credited to topbonus between Oct 1st 2016 and September 30th 2017 to S7.

To activate the status match you will need to credit at least one S7 flight to S7 Priority until December 2018.

– Lufthansa now allows you to search and book a number of Star Alliance partners online for awards

You can book online flight-award tickets at any time of the day for the entire route network of Adria Airways, Aegean Airlines, Air Canada, Air China, All Nippon Airways, Austrian Airlines, Brussels Airlines, Condor (only Economy Class), Croatia Airlines, Eurowings, EVA Air, LOT Polish Airlines (not for Premium Economy Class), Lufthansa, Luxair and SWISS.

The engine does not find too many connections so search point-to-point. Lufthansa is good at discarding ‘phantom award’ space which is great.

– this Aer Lingus A330 pilot hit the runway lights and did not even notice it until Air Traffic Control told him 15 minutes later sent him back to Dublin airport

– can an airline engine ingest a bird and rabbit at the same time and still fly?
