The Hilton stopped publishing an award chart recently. Last year's massive devaluation erased much of the value from the award chart. Free night stays start at 10,000 points but very few hotels are in Category 1. Many properties charge up to 90,000 points per night now.
The hotels per category are still available on this (rather broken) page.
Here is a 77 page document showing all the hotels in their respective categories.
Cash & Points can be a good value now. For instance, the Hilton Cartagena is usually around $300/night and you will need 40,000 points for a free night but it's just 16,000 points and $65 per night with Cash & Points. That's a value of one cent. Not bad for Hilton points.

What we like about this card
There is no annual fee and you get bonus points? Score! Hilton has severely devalued its award chart but if you can find availability in a Category 1 hotel (room rates are usually around $100/night) then the card gives you $800 in hotel spend with no annual fee. That's amazing value!
