What are the benefits?
JAL allows JAL mileage bank members to redeem miles on TAM with a discount as follows.
Offer is valid from April 4, 2014 (Fri.) – October 3, 2014 (Fri.)
Terms and conditions :
* Only economy class is applicable.
* There are situations where there are limitations to the number of seats available for award use. There are also situations where seats for award use may not apply to certain flights.
* Standard mileage and discount mileage cannot be combined.
* Sectors that do not have traffic rights are not eligible.
* Some flights only operate seasonally, and not year round. Flights may be changed or cancelled by the operating carrier.Note/ Conditions of use
* Journeys must start and end within the promotion period.
* Awards tickets issued for this promotion are valid until September 30, 2014. (flight date).
* All flights must be confirmed. Open tickets are not permitted. Failure to board the reserved flight will result in the award ticket becoming invalid. Please call before departure if you wish to cancel.
* You may cancel your reserved flights or apply for a refund before the departure of your flights. The refund charge is 3,000 miles or 3,000 Japanese yen. If you do not cancel your flight before your departure, you may not be able to receive a refund for your award tickets.
* All award reservations completed without using this discount cannot be changed to include this promotion discount even if the new reservation falls within the discount period.
* Please note that there are limitations to the number of seats available for award travel. There may be situations where seats for awards may not be set at the time of reservation commencement. Even if there are seat availabilities for reservations other than for awards, award use may not be possible.
* Please refer to the Conditions for all other conditions concerning award application and usage.
