Ask an American Airlines flight attendant – anything!

Posted on May 30, 2013 by in American Airlines AAdvantage

One of the readers has recently become an American Airlines flight attendant. So now he's faced with the dilemma of not being able to burn his American Airlines miles as he can use standby's on American Airlines network of flights. Though life indeed!

However he has agreed to send us scoops and insides from time to time – so please feel free to send us your questions in the comments.

American Airlines Fact #1:

On even number flights, food preferences are taken from the front. On odd number flights they are taken from the back. So look up the flight number before you assign seats to have the maximum food choice.

American Airlines Fact #2:

On some versions of the American Airlines 737 in rows 16 and 17 the middle seat has been removed. Select an aisle seat (C) and chances are that the middle seat will not be installed.
