Finally good news coming from Canada! After over a year of closed borders, Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau announced a possibility of reopening the border! According to Trudeau Canada might start welcoming fully vaccinated U.S. citizens and permanent residents for non-essential travel in mid-August, and the rest of the countries by September. Even more great news coming from Qatar this week! The government of Qatar announced that passengers that received a full dose of a vaccine approved by the Ministry of Public Health in Qatar can enter the country without the need to take a PCR test or quarantine. Approved vaccines include Pfizer, Moderna, Johnson and Johnson, AstraZeneca, and Sinopharm (conditionally approved). All passengers will still be required to register on Qatar's Ehteraz website. Slovenia is yet another European country that will be reopening to vaccinated passengers! On July 15, the Slovenian government announced that the requirements to enter Slovenia are now either a negative PCR test not older than 72, a certificate of recovery, or proof of vaccination.
