Using Uber’s reward program is completely free. There are four categories of Uber Rewards: Blue, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Uber Rewards elite status is earned in 6-month qualifying periods. What that means is you will need 500 points to advance from Blue to Gold, 2,500 points to advance to Platinum, and 7,500 points to advance to Diamond.
Blue Elite status
Blue Elite status of Uber’s rewards program offers no elite benefits, it is a stepping stone towards gold status.

Platinum Elite status will allow you to cut to the front of line priority at many airports. This status also offers a price lock on one route, chosen monthly.

So, how do you earn the points?
