– American Express is now planning a new Centurion lounge at Denver airport
As much as I love the Centurion Lounges they strike me as a gigantic waste of money with investments of $10 million to build and easily $10,000 or more for each day to run

But AMEX sees it as a unique (and exclusive) way to draw people into the high fee Platinum cards – let’s hope it works out!
– more information on Air Tahiti Nui’s new 787 configuration that is soon flying to Los Angeles
The airline has decided for a 2-2-2 ‘fully-flat Parallel Diamond seats from Rockwell Collins’ former B/E seating unit’. I just flew a similar seat on the KLM new 777 configuration and Qatar has these seats too on some of their A330. Tahiti isn’t exactly far and for 8 hours these seats will be great.
