– Late last Friday Level launched with EUR 99 fares (One-way) from it’s new hub Barcelona

Level is the brain child of British Airways and Iberia to better compete with Norwegian.

The airline will be flying to starting early June 2017:

Los Angeles
San Francisco (Oakland)
Buenos Aires
Punta Cana

The aircraft are being operated as two-class aircraft with Economy and Premium Economy. The planes are A330 that are pushed to teh end of their range and are all just coming out of refurbishment.

It is not clear from teh Iberia website if the first bag is free or not. Food and seat selection is for purchase.

EUR 99 seats are still available for the less busy days to Oakland and Los Angeles.

I booked a few trips myself – it was just fitting very well into my travel plans.

– Milecard tells us about great award space on American Airlines to South America in Business Class

Those seats are rather rare and apparently the Southern summer season is available as well.

Alitalia has approved yet another cost saving business plan, this seems to be an annual spectacle now

– Cathay Pacific lost 74 million in 2016 and their Business model is crumbling for Economy Class
