55,000 Chase Ultimate Rewards with the Chase Sapphire Preferred credit card

Chase Ultimate Rewards

What’s the deal with Chase Ultimate Rewards?

You can earn 50,000 points when you apply for the Chase Sapphire Preferred and spend $4,000 in 3 months and also get 5,000 bonus points after you add the first authorized user – that’s 55,000 points total, worth nearly $700 towards airfare or hotels when you redeem through Chase Ultimate Rewards.

When you redeem your points for airfare, hotels, car rental or cruises through Chase Ultimate Rewards, you get 20% off – so 55,000 points can get you a good deal more than usual. There’s no foreign transaction fees and the annual fee of $95 is waived in the first year.

With this card, you earn 2 points per dollar spent on travel and dining at restaurants (from fast food to fine dining) and 1 point per dollar everywhere else.
