Skyteam and British Airways have filed some amazing Business Class fares bookable right now well into summer 2016 for $1,600 for the Round Trip.

This is already a very generous offer. British Airways has included ALL (!) US destinations and several airports served by AA in the sale and the booking class I is available for many dates from many airports.

Here are some airports that are included in teh sale:

– New York
– Los Angeles
– San Francisco
– San Jose, CA
– Baltimore
– Boston
– Chicago
– Dallas
– Denver
– Houston
– Las Vega
– Miami
– Newark
– Orlando
– Philadelphia
– Phoenix
– San Diego, CA
– Seattle
– Washington, D.C.
– Atlanta
– Austin

But it gets better – if you are an AARP member and travel from the US to Europe you are eligible for a $400 discount when booking Business Class tickets.

You can access the special discount page here.

This drops the price for the Round Trip in Business Class to an incredible $1,091.

Now the booking class I earns 1.25 EQP or 150% RDM with AAdvantage. The round trip comes out to 13,417 EQP or 16,050 RDM.

However if you earn with Avios you can take advantage of this generous promotion that will give you an additional 25,000 Bonus Avios per Round Trip!

So for Avios the calculation looks as follows for the Round Trip from San Francisco:

8037 + 8037 + 25,000 = 41,074 Avios earned or just about 2.5 cents per mile flown – incredible!

Remember you need to boo through the special AARP link to get to this price or you will just see the ‘regular fares’.
