The Park Hyatt New York is a luxurious Category 7 Hyatt that only opened in 2014. Currently, the only other Category 7 property in the Americas is Colorado’s Park Hyatt Beaver Creek Resort and Spa.
The hotel has 92 suites and 118 guestrooms spread across the building’s lower 25 floors. The higher floors 26 – 90 are all residential.
Gourmet dining options and an elegant bar are surrounded by museum-quality artwork. In fact, most of the hotel seems like an exclusive art gallery.
The Park Hyatt New York features its own fitness center and spa, but it’s the 3-story sun-drenched ‘aerie’ that will take your breath away – it’s hard not to relax by the the pool or in the steam room or hot tub here.
How much does the Park Hyatt New York hotel cost?
Rates usually start from $795. We checked availability for May 12th 2015 for a standard room (Park King) for a one-night stay, and an Advance Purchase was $878, the Hyatt Daily Rate was $975 and the special offer ‘Awaken at the Park’ cost $1,050. With it being a Category 7 property, we could also use 30,000 Hyatt Gold Passport points for a standard room.
