Having fun with the new Delta.com – how to find Delta partner availability with ease

Delta revamped its loyalty program on January 1st 2015, and as part of all the changes, has also given the website some powerful tools.

While Delta added the ability of one-ways (but also took away stopovers), it has has finally fully integrated partners into the delta.com award search engine. The best of it – you can now search 5 weeks at once for availability!

Only united.com has such a wonderful visibility of award seats in Star Alliance partners.

Not all Delta partners are live, but you can find:

– Air France/KLM
– Virgin Australia
– Korean Air
– Virgin Atlantic

China Eastern and China Southern were showing for a bit already and are supposed to come back soon.

It's great to see how many Virgin Atlantic business class seats are available – I really enjoyed my trip in Virgin Atlantic Upper Class from Vancouver and Virgin Atlantic to Los Angeles last year.

Flights from Los Angeles all the way to Madagascar are amazing value (very few other airlines fly there):

Flights from Los Angeles to Papeete (Tahiti) with Air France:

Good value flights between Japan and South Korea:

Korean Airlines flies to Guam and revenue tickets are expensive, but Delta miles are a good deal:

The same is true from Japan:

Delta SkyMiles are some of the best miles to get you to Australia quickly – amazing to see that so many seats are available in business class:

Delta.com is much better than before, but you will still occasionally see this error page, but don't be discouraged – open another browser and try again:

Awesome availability between New York and Asia (basically all Korean Air destinations):

Los Angeles to Johannesburg is a great deal with SkyMiles as well:
