What's FIA CSNA's WorldPoints Rewards?

FIA CSNA's WorldPoints Rewards is a free program that FIA cardholders are automatically enrolled in when they are approved for a card. You earn 1 point per dollar spent on all purchases, whether it's by buying groceries, getting gas or paying your utilities bills.

What can I redeem FIA CSNA WorldPoints Rewards for?

Use your FIA card to collect points with everyday shopping and then redeem them for:

– Travel
– Cashback
– Gift cards
– Special events

You can redeem points by visiting the FIA CSNA WorldPoints Rewards website or by calling the Redemption Center on 1.800.433.5662.

What are the travel rewards with FIA CSNA WorldPoints Rewards?

You can redeem your points for air travel, car rentals, hotel and resort awards:

Air Travel:

You can use your points to fly to worldwide destinations using FlexAir Rewards or Premium Air Rewards. Any cardholder is eligible to use FlexAir; Visa Signature or World MasterCard cardholders can use Premium Air Rewards.

Optional charges not covered in the Reward include such fees as for baggage, tips, insurance and airline amenities.

A convenience fee of up to $30 is charged when redeeming using Premium Air Rewards, plus an extra $10 if redeeming over the phone. Avoid the latter charge by redeeming online.

Car Rental:

You can use your points to book any size vehicle for any number of days.

Optional charges not covered in the Reward include such fees as for refueling, liability insurance and drop-off charges.

Hotel and Resort Awards:

You can use your points to stay worldwide at any participating hotel or resort, with no minimum stay required.

Optional charges are not included in the Reward and the hotel or resort may require a credit card at check-in to cover such costs.

What else do I need to know?

Redemptions start at 2,500 points and points expire after 5 years.
