Great fare from New York City to Stockholm, Sweden for only $ 306.80 RT

Stockholm is a beautiful city built on 14 different islands. You may be thinking February is the worst time to head to Scandinavia but it's actually the perfect time to experience all of the winter activities Sweden is famous for. From dog sledding to ice fishing, you'll never be bored.

Winter is the only season you can visit the famous ice hotel in the village of Jukkasjärvi. Every year, artists rebuild it out of ice and snow. When you're that far north, you'll have a great chance of seeing the famous Aurora Borealis (Northern Lights) dancing across the sky.

With a price this good, even if you're looking for a European vacation further south you can easily and cheaply jet down on a budget airline once you get to Sweden.

Although Norwegian Air is a budget airline, this is one of the cheapest flights I've ever seen to Europe. Another advantage is that this deal flies out of JFK airport.

This flight can be booked on Norwegian.com.
