Avianca has built up a network of very similar-looking lounges. They are rather new and must have been refurbished / built in the last couple of years. Though Cartagena is a smallish airport, it features a number of international Avianca flights.
The lounge offers soft drinks and basic snacks. The internet is fast enough (2 Mbit) and there is a TV zone and productivity area with pre-installed computers and tablets.
It sits right on the second floor and looks onto the boarding gates (Cartagena only has a few gates and all are walk-up).
Priority Pass holders have access to almost all Avianca lounges.
It's a nice looking lounge that gets the job done.
