This credit card is for Malaysian residents only – it's a surprisingly good offer though!
It's 60,000 Enrich miles after a RM 600 fee and RM 3,000 spend. The way I read is that you need to transfer 30,000 PremierMiles to EnrichMiles and get a bonus of 100% when doing so.
Malaysia Airlines has a distance based award chart:
Zone 4 – International 1,201 – 2,400 miles
Y – 35,000
J – 55,000
F – 70,000
Zone 5 – International 2,401 – 4,800 miles
Y – 45,000
J – 75,000
F – 90,000
Zone 6 – International 4,801 – 7,200 miles
Y – 60,000
J – 110,000
F – 140,000
It's not entirely clear what mileage is exactly required until you run it through the online redemption tool.
KUL-LHR (incl. the 15% online booking bonus) comes out as 25,000 miles + RM 643 in fuel surcharges and taxes (one-way).
Also it's a mystery to me what the partner award chart is and mileage is required. My bet would be that it's the same distance zones and no fuel surcharges on LAN & American.
Pointhacks points out (no pun intended) a rather good redemption value – 51,000 miles + AUD 464.7 for the Sydney-London leg in Business.
